HOW A CLASS WORKS

Every TCF class runs 60 minutes and follows the same tested structure. Whether it's your first day or your thousandth, you'll always know what to expect - and always be pushed beyond what you thought you could do.

Warm-Up
Dynamic movement prep, mobility work, and nervous system activation. Your coach walks you through everything - we protect your body first.

Skill & Strength
Focused technique work or a strength piece. Olympic lifting, gymnastics, barbell cycling - our certified coaches ensure perfect form before you load weight.

The WOD
The Workout of the Day. Timed, scored, and endlessly scalable. Your coach modifies every movement so you're always working at the right intensity for your level.

Cool-Down
Structured recovery - stretching, mobility, and breathing. We score the WOD, talk through technique, and celebrate what you just accomplished together.
